Definitions a. “Website” refers to our online platform where fitness and yoga classes are provided. b. “Services” refers to the fitness and yoga classes offered on our website. c. “User,” “you,” or “member” refers to any individual accessing and using our website and services. d. “Instructor” refers to the certified fitness and yoga instructors providing the classes.
2. Eligibility By accessing and using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing our website on behalf of a minor, you affirm that you are the parent or legal guardian.
3. Registration a. To access and use our services, you will be provided with the online class link. b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your class links and do not share it with any other person. c. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your class link or any other breach of security.
4. Classes and Payments a. We offer fitness and yoga classes, including pre-natal yoga, specifically tailored for female members. b. Classes may be provided through live streaming, pre-recorded videos, or any other format at our discretion. c. The pricing and payment details for classes will be provided on our website. d. Payment for classes is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. e. We do not provide classes on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays. f. One time payment for 3 Months is mandatory in case of group classes. g. We may cancel any contract or class pass without notice if any fees or charges remain unpaid 5 days after the due date. h. We may cancel any contract or class pass without notice if you continually cancel classes. i. We reserve the right to cancel any Exercise class, Group PT Session or Private Personal Training if an instructor is unable to attend a session due to unavoidable circumstances.
5. User Responsibilities a. You agree to use our website and services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. b. You acknowledge that participating in fitness and yoga classes carries inherent risks, and you assume all responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur. c. You agree to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors during the classes. d. You understand that the instructors may modify or adapt exercises based on your individual needs and limitations, and you will communicate any relevant information regarding your health or physical condition. e. Group PT sessions and Exercise Classes booked must be cancelled no less than 24 hours before the classes advised start time. f. Not more than 2 cancelled sessions are carry forward. g. Your membership applies to you personally. You may not transfer, assign or lend it to another person. h. Your health is your own responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property a. All content, including videos, images, text, logos, and trademarks, on our website are the property of our website or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content without our prior written consent.
7. Termination a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms and conditions. b. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your class link and any remaining payments for classes will be forfeited.
8. Privacy a. We value your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
9. Limitation of Liability a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness and yoga classes provided on our website. b. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and services.
