Garbhadhan is a yoga program for those who are planning to conceive a baby or if facing any difficulties in conception. It’s a 3 Months program for both partners that includes:

- Ayurvedic Diet Plan
During this program we majorly focuses on
- kriyas to boost fertility,
- meditation for healing & cleaning energies,
- breathing to boost energy to create a new life
- And clean diet to detoxify body
According to Ayurveda a child is the product of qualities of parents I.e. sperm & ovum and the care provided to it during pregnancy. Also it is a saying in Indian Philosophy that a Divine Soul chooses a Divine Womb always. This program will help you to purify your body, Also it will prepare your body to be the abode of the new Divine Soul. Garbhadhan has been designed to regenerate the fertile energy inside you while detoxifying your body & improving the qualities of shukra I.e. sperm and ovum.
It includes yoga asanas that will build your overall stamina, breathing & meditation will remove your energy blockages, healing will strengthen your aura, ayurvedic diet will provide nutrition to your body and some spiritual practices that will help you to boost your emotional metabolism.
